Policies
deposit & refunds

A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking & will go towards the service.
I offer a 7-day grace period for all fixes. No refunds are provided.
Cancellation & late fees

Please cancel a minimum of 24hrs in advance. If appointment is cancelled within the 24hr window you deposit will be lost & a new deposit will be required to rebook.
A $10 fee will be added to anyone arriving more than 10 minutes late to their appointment.
I have the right to decline service and may have to due to scheduling if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment.
Guests & kids

Space is limited, I politely ask no guests at this time.
Kids are a big no; due to the nature of the service and the amount of chemicals and toxins within arm’s reach I politely ask you leave your kiddos at home.

You must book a foreign soak off if you are coming with work from another private tech or salon. I do not work over others work!
Ensure you are selecting add ons accordingly, this is important as some add ons may require extra time (soak offs, nail length, & fills)
New clients please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow yourself to find the location & proper parking. Map with further arrival details is sent out following appointment reminders.
If you are unsure what service or tier to select, please text (231)375-1032 a reference photo and what you are looking to get. Typical response time is 3 hrs during business hours.
